Once again, the annual Bristol golf tournament took place at Knowle on Friday September 8. Conditions were all but perfect for the event, which this year was sponsored by Taylor Maxwell.
The winners were as follows:
- Trade: Kevin Bond (Somerlap Fencing)
- Non trade: Kevin Hares (Denholm Barwill Shipping)
- Low Handicap: Duncan Smith (Crown Timber)
- Longest Drive: Martin Bond (Guest)
The day’s play was followed by a presentation meal and guest of honour Malcolm Hurley kindly presented the prizes on behalf of his father Jack who sadly passed away earlier this year.
Jack Hurley was a lifetime supporter of the TTBS and had been an active committee member until very recently.
