And carpenters and joiners still at college agreed to take leaflets for their college careers information service.
The committee also received offers of leaflet distribution to members from other trade bodies, made contact with colleges regarding the committee’s organisation of events for careers advisers, obtained new career profiles for addition to www.thedoorway.org.uk, and discussed careers options for ex-offenders with representatives of the prisons service.
