The film is part of a new Wood for Good/Timber Packaging and Pallet Confederation (TIMCON) marketing campaign designed to raise the awareness of the importance of timber as a global packaging and transport material.

Copies are being sent out to companies, ranging from food retailers to hi-tech product manufacturers, in memory stick format on a mini wooden pallet inside a replica miniature packing case. Viewers can play the film on any PC or laptop.

The film shows the best ways to get carbon value from wooden pallets and packaging, through the use of pallet pools, reuse, repair and recycling. It also touches on the international acceptance of plant health standard ISPM 15 and the fire safety of wood pallets compared to plastic.
