W Howard Ltd has expanded its sales management team with the appointment of Spencer Payne in the new role of regional sales manager for the south-east.
Previously with coatings company Ronseal, Mr Payne has good relationships within the decorating and timber and builders’ merchant sectors.
He will look after the south-east while Philip Barnard becomes regional sales manager for the Midlands, working alongside national sales manager Ced Piper and sales director David McDonnell.
