In 2005, the company marketed a few thousand shy of 250,000 second-hand recycled timber pallets.
But this figure was reached as early as October, and, with the Christmas break approaching, the company was confident it would set a new sales record as environmentally-conscious clients turned to recycled second-hand pallets.
The company has a fleet of contractors who bring used timber pallets to its Glendenning yard, Sydney, where they are given a new lease of life before being put back into the supply chain.
