The 8ft wide by 16m long CPS press, which is operating on three shifts, works in combination with a three-head forming system to produce chipboard from rubberwood grown on nearby plantations.
Dieffenbacher supplied the complete process equipment including drum chipper line, knife-ring flaking, single-pass drum dryer, air grader from Schenkmann-Piel, glue preparation, blending, three-head forming station, forming line with pre-press, continuous press, raw board handling, sanding line and power generation equipment.
