Waterloo Mills includes 21 Grade II listed properties that have been restored and six new townhouses constructed using the TEK system. The townhouses were constructed almost entirely in the factory, the company said.
Clays managing director Ian Clay said: “Because the existing properties were Grade II listed it was essential that the new townhouses complemented their exterior appearance, which meant that the building method we used had to offer total design flexibility.
TEK is a SIPs-based building system of rigid insulation sandwiched between OSB sheets.
