Otepää’s production capacity will increase by 10,000m3 to 35,000m3 and UPM has said that the upgrades at the facility should be operational by autumn 2008.
FSC-labelled WISA birch plywood is manufactured at the site, mainly for use in the transport and building industries, with exports heading out to many of the central European markets.
