The Streibig saw is able to handle boards up to 3300x2160mm with a depth of 80mm and is able to cut plywood, MDF, chipboard, OSB and veneered boards.
Champion already operates a TRK 4216 at its Dorking facility, while small Streibig compact models are in use at its Edenbridge and New Malden factories.
“The Streibig is robust and sturdy and gives us a perfect cut,” said Champion’s Sutton branch manager Darren Stute.
