Church Mews, in Nettlesworth, was designed and built as a high quality, sustainable and energy efficient development by Durham housebuilder Newton Moor.
Managing director Gordon Clough said: “The TEK building system delivers a U-value of just 0.20W/m2K and provides excellent levels of airtightness. This enabled us to design and construct homes with outstanding energy efficiency.”
TEK consists of 110mm of rigid urethane insulation between two sheets of OSB fixed with a sealed jointing system.
