Hardwood merchant Parker Kislingbury Ltd (PK) has made two key appointments to its board of directors.
General manager Rob Wilbore and operations manager Paul Wren have been appointed to the PK board. Mr Wilbore is now managing director and Mr Wren is operations director.
The two men have been part of the restructured management team which has spearheaded the financial turnaround of PK, following its acquisition by the James Donaldson Group in December 2006.
Commenting on the appointments, Donaldson Group chairman and chief executive Neil Donaldson said: “Parker Kislingbury is now performing in a way that is consistent with a motivated workforce and good quality customer base and Rob and Paul have been instrumental in bringing the company to this position.”
