The group has undergone a period of restructuring in recent years, which has seen it split into 10 separate operations, covering housebuilding through to facilities management, and seen turnover increase by 22% to £194m and pre-tax profit by 93% to £14.1m.
This includes the £21.5m turnover generated by RTK, which Robertson has said could increase further in the current year as the company already has a forward order book worth £30m and timber frame construction looks set to account for half of the UK’s new build market.
