A £115,000 investment in new racking at four of its branches has allowed Champion Timber to free up space for a wider range of products.

The metal A-frame racking system uses moveable dividers and the improved layout of products enables customers to choose more easily.

The system has been installed at Champion’s Sutton, Bromley, Dorking and New Malden branches and follows on from a similar investment at the company’s Edenbridge branch in December last year.

Kevin Babbage, director of marketing, said the racking installations form part of the company’s ongoing process to modernise its branches.
