Arden Windows, the Coventry-based timber windows, doors and conservatory manufacturer, has been awarded Forest Stewardship Council chain of custody certification.
The company, whose recent orders include a £373,000 contract for Shaftesbury Housing Association and a £500,000 contract with the Waterloo Housing Association, says certification will allow it to compete more effectively in the social housing market.
Managing director Simon Badham said: “FSC certification is becoming a key requirement to win major contracts in this sector.”
