Lloyds Timber Frame has appointed an insolvency company to help place the firm into voluntary liquidation.
A spokesperson for Lloyds’ parent company CGL Developments confirmed that Oswestry-based Lloyds was no longer operating.
Smith and Williamson Insolvency Practitioners said it had organised a creditors meeting at its offices on October 12.
Lloyds operated self-build, commercial and housing association divisions.
