Hüttemann joined the growing ranks of German companies looking for UK business.
The glulam producer was represented on the German Timber Promotion Fund stand and reported discussions with architects and construction companies.
“We are trying to make inroads into the UK market,” said export manager Ute Herring.
Hüttemann, which also produces the laminated solid wood HE housebuilding system for walls, floors and roofs, produces 200,000m³ of glulam annually and recently invested €13m in the business.
