Covers Timber Structures (CTS) is to produce more closed panel construction systems as it follows market trends, according to sales and marketing director Wally Shaw.

The move towards producing increased numbers of closed panel systems follows a growth in demand for “more of a service” from customers he said, with the market an “exciting place”.

“We are going to be focusing on closed panel construction systems,” said Mr Shaw. “It’s a natural shift based on the market and is a very exciting place to be.”

Mr Shaw added that timber frame is “exploding in popularity” and noted that “business is booming” for CTS off the back of the increased demand for wood-based construction systems.
