French timber firm Rougier, which specialises in tropical hardwood, recorded consolidated year-on-year revenue growth of 15% in 2007, totalling €178m.
This was based on consistent year-on-year growth throughout 2007, including recording an 18% growth in the third quarter to €45.1m.
Rougier’s fourth quarter results went up by 9% from €42m to €45.7m, confirming the “sustained sales trend seen throughout the year” according to the company.
The group’s Africa and international business also recorded a 15.8% year-on-year revenue growth to €145m during 2007.
