American hardwood flooring retailer Lumber Liquidators is turning its attention on the UK market with promises of huge price reductions.
The company, which has 125 stores across the US, is exhibiting at the Daily Mail Ideal Home Show (March 14-April 6) and says it will offer hardwood flooring for around 70% below UK prices, with products starting as low as £4.95 per m2.
It is also offering free shipping to the UK until May 31.
“We are known throughout the US for having the widest variety and selection of hardwood floors at the best prices,” said Tom Sullivan, founder and chairman of Lumber Liquidators.
“With the American dollar at an historic low and our free shipping offer through to May 31, the value is remarkable for UK customers.”
The company carries pre-finished solid hardwood brands such as Bellawood, with species including American cherry, walnut, maple and purpleheart. Bellawood products feature a UV-cured aluminium oxide finish and a 50-year warranty.
Other brands include Dream Home, Schön, Virginia Millworks and Morning Star.
