The Netherlands Outdoor Life Group timber garden products manufacturer and distributor has bought into the Nordic market with the acquisition of Norway’s RKC.
The latter is the leading supplier of timber garden products and log cabins to Norwegian DIY and garden outlets. It also has a subsidiary in Estonia which services the Swedish, Finnish and Baltic states markets. Turnover last year was €20m.
Outdoor Life comprises the Bergenco and Gouderak business and has factories in the Netherlands, Poland and Hungary, with distribution operations in eight European countries.
