Automated fastening specialist Young Black will use this year’s W8 exhibition to showcase the range of Weinmann machinery it now offers.

Homag Group, the parent company of Weinmann, and Young Black agreed a UK distribution deal last summer, covering a range of timber frame manufacturing solutions.

This includes framing stations, turning tables, nailing bridges and saws, which will be on show at Young Black’s W8 stand.

This will be coupled with a demonstration of the MAX PowerLite HN90 high-pressure nailing system, which uses 88×3.25mm screw nails fired at pressures 20% higher than ordinary pneumatics up to 90mm, according to Young Black.

The company added this makes it useable with a wide range of timbers, including hardwoods.
