SCM Group UK has taken a group of its distributors on a fact-finding mission at its Villa Verruchio headquarters near Rimini, Italy.

The visit included presentations and introductions to SCM’s latest moulders, edgebanders and other woodworking and panel processing machinery.

This included Electro-spindle HSK 63 technology; the TI 155 EP Class moulder; and Olimpic K200, K300 and K500 entry-level edgebanders.

“This was an extremely focused seminar on all of SCM’s Classical woodworking and panel production machines,” said Brian Stacey, product manager for Classical machinery.

“With the W8 exhibition in October, we wanted them all to be fully aware of the latest technology that they can offer their existing and potential customers when they visit our stands.”

W8 is to take place at the NEC, Birmingham on October 26-29.
