Engineered timber supplier David Smith Ltd is to offer James Jones & Sons Ltd’s I-joists to its private and public sector customers.
The partnership will see David Smith add JJI-Joists to its existing range of engineered timber building components, such as roof trusses, staircases and doorsets.
James Jones said the agreement would enable it to reach a wider market, while David Smith said the addition of JJI-Joists to its range “fits in perfectly with our portfolio”.
“We’re very pleased that we can offer our customers the option of a tried and tested I-joist with impeccable environmental credentials,” said Michael Smith, managing director at David Smith.
“We have a comprehensive range of quality engineered timber products, and the JJI-Joist fits in perfectly with our portfolio.”
