A seminar on the merits of using engineered wood products has attained CPD accredited status.
James Jones & Sons Ltd’s timber systems division said the seminar, specifically aimed at architects and other building professionals, focuses particularly on I-joists and had already proved a success.
Twenty-one sessions have been held throughout the UK due to demand.
“We recognised that there’s a real need for factual as opposed to promotional information about engineered timber,” said commercial manager Jonathan Fellingham.
He said the company hoped to launch a series of CPD seminars next year.
