The Builders Merchants Federation has expanded its apprenticeship training department with the appointment of Sheryl Milner.

Ms Milner, who has joined the BMF from training provider Key Training Up, has worked in the training industry since 2006 and has the experience to help new and existing learners achieve their apprenticeship. As a regional assessor she assesses learners in business administration, customer service, retail, team leading, warehousing and management.

“I enjoy helping learners to reach their goals and receive recognition for all their hard work. Everyone at the BMF is extremely supportive, and I feel proud to be working for an organisation that strives for continued success,” said Ms Milner.

Funded by the government, BMF apprenticeship training is free for the employer and carried out while the employee is at work. It offers trade-specific tuition and results in recognised, national qualifications. Skilled and experienced trainers and assessors work with trainees to satisfy current business needs and develop talent.
