JELD-WEN has produced its first range of oak windows as a premium product in its Stormsure range.
The decision follows the introduction of a range of oak patio doorsets and demand generally for upmarket oak windows. JELD-WEN said it was aimed at exclusive developments and luxury homes.
Oak Stormsure is made from FSC-certified European engineered oak pre-finished with clear lacquer and has very low U-values with 24mm low-E insulated glass units as standard.
Product manager Vicky Severn said: “The new window is perfect for homes in conservation areas. Oak does exude an authentic and luxurious feel and we are expecting this to be one of our most popular windows to be released this year.”
