Altendorf UK Ltd’s authorised dealers have completed a product update and technical training course at the company’s German headquarters.
The 18-strong group spent four days at the manufacturer’s Minden production complex, with the course hosted by Altendorf UK’s general manager St John Crabtree and area sales manager Jorg Meyer.
Visitors saw the company’s flagship F45 sliding table saw being manufactured at Minden, while a trip to the nearby Factory No 2, which introduced a rationalised production programme a year ago, gave them a chance to see WA80 machines under construction.
A visit to a third factory gave the group the opportunity to see machine frames being made.
