Arch Timber Protection has appointed Jacqui Clay to the new role of fire retardants – sales support manager.
After four years with Arch in a customer support role, Ms Clay has particularly developed her knowledge and understanding of the fire retardant service treatments available from Arch, and the new position recognises these efforts and the additional responsibilities she has assumed. She will be a familiar contact to many existing fire retardant customers, and is a key point of contact for all UK order enquiries, technical advice and general customer requirements.
Based at Arch’s Castleford facility, Ms Clay will work closely with Arch’s fire retardants – specification/product manager Richard Adams.
