Durham-based Tor Coatings Ltd has bought the UK Solignum business from Osmose for an undisclosed sum.
Tor, an independent paint specialist, will manufacture and supply the UK market with all products in the Solignum decorative range, including Solignum Architectural, Timbertone and Fencetone, and Solignum canned preservatives.
