Boise Cascade is improving its offering to customers in New England following the purchase of the assets of Total Structural Systems.
The assets, formerly owned by the trustee in bankruptcy of Wood Structures Inc, will allow Boise’s building materials distribution division to create a production, marketing and logistics organisation serving New England customers with a complete package of building materials including trusses and engineered wood products.
This will be accomplished through Boise’s facilities in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, plus TSS’s truss assembly and engineered wood distribution operations.
Boise aims to be making trusses by the end of June.
