Italian wooden house builder Subissati teamed up with architect Roberto Semprin to exhibit a new concept “Green Home” at a Verona design fair.

The house was erected at Abitare il Tempo and designed to be in harmony with nature and withstand earthquakes.

The interior features no sharp corners, stairs that look like rocks and a row of square skylights to watch the stars and a “tree-tables made of branches”.

Subissati (www.subissati.it) produces custom made structures, from schools, bridges and industrial buildings to homes and gazebos. It has built more than 100 homes in the past 10 years.
