North Yorkshire Timber (NYT) has appointed Rob Timmens as sales director.
Mr Timmens was previously branch development director, responsible for managing six of NYT’s branches, and has worked in the timber industry for more than 25 years. He joined the company in 2005 as manager of NYT’s Northallerton branch, and progressed to branch development director in 2008, before becoming sales director.
His new appointment follows Nick Kershaw’s promotion from sales and marketing director to managing director last year.
