Manufacturers, specifiers and regulators of wood-based panel products are being invited to a one-day workshop to explain the implications of reaction to fire testing and classification.
The event, also open to companies involved in wall and ceiling systems, coatings and insulation products, is being staged by Chiltern International Fire/BM TRADA Certification and will be held at the companies’ head office near High Wycombe on November 30.
It will include a demonstration of single burning item and single flame ignitability tests, as well as looking at the philosophy of reaction to fire testing and comparison of British and European test methods.
