More than 200 marketing, communications and forestry professionals from forest companies, government and allied sectors are expected to attend the Wood Promotion Network‘s (WPN) Best Practices in Communications forum in Vancouver on June 2-3.

As well as presentations highlighting successful elements of the best marketing and communicatons programmes from the wood and forestry industry, there will be sessions on crisis communications, the future of construction and wood products, strategies for growing the market and the results of a study of market acceptance in Asia, Europe and North America.

WPN is seeking advertising campaigns, brochures, case studies or educational programmes that fall into the “best practice” category which can be showcased at the forum. Candidates should e-mail their submissions to ward@shaw.ca.
