Visitor numbers at ZOW Spain 2005 reached 6,000 – 900 more than last year.
The Madrid show, in its fourth year, was also 30% bigger than the 2004 event with 260 exhibitors.
Organiser Survey reported a sharp increase in visitors from the timber trade, who “surprisingly” made up 7% of the total visitor numbers.
Visitors came from 37 countries. The greatest presence outside of Spain was from Portugal, Germany, Italy, France, Britain, Greece and Morocco.
