Great Ormond Street Hospital is to be the recipient of Jewson‘s national fundraising programme “together”.
In last year’s “Wish Upon a Star” programme, Jewson staff raised more than £270,000 for charity.
Jewson chief executive Peter Hindle said: “With our ‘together’ fundraising scheme and over 9,000 staff in 550 branches through the country, we are aiming to raise even more money than last year.”
The hospital hopes that the money raised will help to fund a room in its new transitional care facilities.
The ‘together’ activity supporting the hospital will continue.
