James Jones & Sons Ltd has appointed Nigel Hayward as its field-based sales executive. He will complement the existing sales team and will cover London, the Home Counties and the M4 corridor.
This appointment follows the commissioning of James Jones’s largest single sawmill development, in Lockerbie, Scotland, scheduled to produce more than 250,000m³, mostly kiln dried, strength-graded carcassing, for the UK construction market.
“This appointment establishes a field-based representation which will strengthen and enhance our effectiveness in managing the existing customer base, while enabling us to develop and expand the prospective customer base in this area,” said senior sales manager Graham Blyth.
