Southampton-based TWC Joinery has gone into administration.
Administrator SFP is continuing to trade the business while a buyer is sought.
The joinery and shopfitting specialist, which has contracts with B&Q, employs 40 people and has a turnover of about £6.5m.
One of the company’s major creditors is believed to be HM Revenue & Customs.
