Independent door distributor JB Kind Ltd has appointed James Cadman as managing director.
Mr Cadman has been involved in the building products sector for the majority of his career. A chartered engineer by profession, he was an operational improvement consultant with Coopers & Lybrand (now PWC) in London for five years before moving back to the Midlands in 1995 to take up the position of operations director at Swish Products Ltd. In 2002 he joined Aqualux Products Ltd as managing director.
