Biesse says the Selco WN7 Series offers unbeatable performance matched by innovative design which results in a reliable, accurate and fast panel sizing centre.
The WN7 Series has been engineered from the ground up and developed using the Biesse Group’s most advanced and innovative technology solutions to improve both production efficiency and quality. Every component of the WN7 Series has been designed to be more precise, produce a better finish and work faster.
The SELCO WN7 Series comprises the 710, 730 and 750 and includes four patents. These include two patented saw blade change systems – the manual “Quick change”, and the robotic saw blade tool changer which is able to automatically replace a saw blade in a matter of seconds.
Biesse says the WN7 Series truly comes into its own when paired with a turning station and twin pusher, which enables it to position the material after rip cutting and perform cross cuts while loading and rotating the next batch of panels. Once the saw has aligned the panels it will then perform both cross cuts and rip cuts simultaneously, resulting in a 40% increase in productivity over a standard panel saw.
