The Builders Merchants Federation (BMF) has given its backing to Timber Expo and is exploring ways it can work together on the show with event sponsor TRADA.
The BMF says it will actively promote Timber Expo – which is being held for the first time at Coventry’s Ricoh Arena on September 27 & 28 – to its members via its website and regular newsletters.
Its support follows the announcement that the UK SIP Association will construct one of the seminar theatres at the show. The 48m² theatre will form the heart of the SIP Zone, which will feature up to 12 UKSIPS members.
“We are delighted to have the support of like-minded associations such as the BMF and UKSIPS, making Timber Expo a show for the industry, by the industry, where visitors can be informed, inspired and do business,” said TRADA marketing manager Rupert Scott.
