Hannu Kupiainen, who worked for UPM for over 30 years, died at the end of May after a battle with cancer.
Mr Kupiainen, who spent the majority of his years with UPM working on further processed timber sales, was based in the UK from the late 1980s until the mid 1990s and will be remembered fondly by those who knew him for his personality and charm. More recently he had moved to look after sales of UPM ProFi composite decking in Scandinavia and Denmark.
He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all his colleagues at UPM.
