Wolf Systems’ smartroof roof panel system has been used in a Barratt Home development in Leicestershire.
Stephensons Place, a 39-house development in Coalville, comprises a mix of two-bedroom flats and three- and four-bedroom houses and Barratt selected smartroof as an alternative to attic trusses or a steel purlin system.
The smartroof system, which was manufactured and supplied by Harlow Timber Systems, enabled Barratt to accelerate the construction process and start internal works earlier.
