Egger has posted the highest annual sales in its history at nearly €1.8bn.
Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation was slightly down to €239m (2010: €236m).
The 20% growth in turnover was the result of a 14% volume increase and a 6% rise in prices.
UK and Ireland revenues in the interior products and furniture market grew by 14% as demand increased and domestic production was lower, coupled with lower import volumes.
Egger’s lumber and OSB business increased sales by 31% on a year ago.
Laminate flooring business grew by around 13%.
Egger is investing in a new impregnation and a short cycle lamination plant at its Hexham plant n the UK.
