Steico has launched a permanently sealed chipboard floor deck product for the UK house building market.
The company says its Steicoweatherprotect has been developed with a green acrylic coating to provide up to 42 days open exposure on site.
The FSC product is designed to provide builders with an alternative method of protecting joisted floor areas prior to the building becoming weather tight.
Steico already has Weatherdek, a protect floor deck product with a peel-off surface.
