The appointment is part of the FMB’s new five-year strategic plan to modernise the trade association and make it the first choice for construction small and medium-sized enterprises.
Mr Stubbings’s previous roles include construction services director for the law firm Watson Burton LLP and operations director for the National Federation of Builders.
