The aim is to depict the complete process chain in wood and prefabricated house construction and to expand the solution competence of both companies.
Homag – the world’s largest woodworking machinery producer – has the Weinmann brand of specialist machines and plants for the production of timber frame elements. Hundegger is a leading supplier of beam processing machines and equipment as well as solid wood handling portals.

“In the future, we will offer our customers end-to-end solutions with integrated software from a single source. We also agreed on intensive co-operation in development projects."

A number of UK timber frame producers and other wood product manufacturers have Weinmann and Hunsdegger technology.
Homag Group has annual sales of €1.3bn, while Hundegger has annual sales of around €100m and has more than 5,300 machines in use worldwide.
